In July 2007 our swimming pool was installed. It is 1.4 metres in depth throughout and measures approximately 4 metres by 8 metres, which makes it perfect for swimming. It is of pine construction and is partly above ground.
There is a small changing area next to the pool, and various inflatable dolphins and swimming pool toys are stored here!
The garden area is fenced off and the pool has an electric sliding cover fitted for security. The use of this cover is compulsory and also helps to keep the heat in the pool at night.
It can get quite hot here in the middle of summer so there’s nothing quite like a day spent lounging round the pool with a good book and a cold drink! Feel free to set up the barbecue and make a party of it!
